INSTRUCTIONS- Recommended:

the course date and time from the drop
down menus listed on the Pay Now page above.
2.
Fill out the form completely click on the "Pay Now" (icon above) to process your selection
in our secure shopping cart. Follow
the instructions if you want to
continue to shop or just finalize
your purchase selection(s).

ENROLLMENT (FAX OR EMAIL) INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Click on the Enrollment
Form here or located at the top right
corner of this page.
2.
Print out the enrollment
form.
3.
Fill out and sign
the enrollment form. The form must include the requested
course number, class date, and class time that is
listed on our Course
Schedule.
4.
To register, please
fax the enrollment form to us at (702) 947-6713 or
(877) 335-0603. This is a secured fax that goes
directly into our registration system.
5.
You may also select
to call us to place your order via our Virtual Credit
Card Terminal. Mail us or fax us your registration
form that includes your signature and course selection(s)
6.
Upon your registration being processed/accepted, you
will receive a Class/Receipt Confirmation Email to
the email address you provided on the enrollment form.
7.
Save and print
out your email class confirmation. This is your
admittance ticket for the selected training course.
REGISTRATION
POLICIES & GUIDELINES:

All students
must be at least 18 years old.
•
All registrations must be received, your payment received/approved,
and the confirmation email sent to the student prior
to any attendance of any course.
•
Payments accepted include: Checks, Cash, Money Order,
Cashiers Check, Debit (Visa/MC), Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, and JCB.
•
Allow for processing time
for all types of payments. If mailing payment,
